Terms & Conditions

By participating in the #WhyDoYouP2 Campaign (the "Campaign"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Campaign is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of P2 & You, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• P2 & You Skinfluencer Squad members are not eligible to participate in the raffle but are welcome to share their stories.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Campaign Period

• The Campaign begins on April 3, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST("Campaign Period").
• Submissions received outside of this period will not be considered for weekly highlights or the raffle.

3. How to Participate

• To enter, participants must:
• Each post counts as one entry into the raffle. The more posts you make, the more chances you have to win!
• Stories may be featured in P2 & You’s marketing, social media, or promotional materials.

4. Weekly Featured Stories

• Every Thursday during April (April 3, 10, 17, and 24), one family’s story will be randomly selected and featured on P2 & You’s social media platforms.
• Selection is based on chance, as an unbiased raffle software will be used to ensure fairness.

5. Raffle for $100 Amazon Gift Card

• Each valid post = one raffle entry. The more posts you share, the more entries you’ll have!
• The winner will be randomly selected and announced on May 2, 2025 via P2 & You’s social media.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform where they submitted their entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

6. Content Usage & Rights

• By submitting an entry, you grant P2 & You a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• You affirm that your submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. General Conditions

• P2 & You reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the terms or contain inappropriate content.
• P2 & You is not responsible for technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or unauthorized access to campaign submissions.
• The campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected for this campaign will only be used for winner notification and promotional purposes in accordance with P2 & You’s Privacy Policy.
