Shipping policy

 

At P2 & You, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • Occasional delays may occur, especially during high-order volume periods, such as the holiday season.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free shipping on orders over $65.
  • Flat rate shipping fee: $5.99 for orders under $65.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

  • We do not offer local delivery at this time.
  • We do not offer in-store pickup.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We primarily ship via USPS and can deliver to P.O. boxes. However, if your order is shipped using another carrier, delivery to P.O. boxes may not be available.

Checking Your Order Status

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at Support@P2andYou.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@P2andYou.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate your request and may offer a replacement or store credit.
